To create this gluten-free beer, we were inspired by the fruity and slightly bitter IPAs of the American Northeast. Citra, Mosaic and Amarillo hops wrap us in their tropical flavors. The yeast adds a juicy texture to the apricot notes.

To create this gluten-free beer, we have taken advantage of our seasonal yeast with its light and delicate aerated texture that enhances the pleasant character of spices and fruits to this beer. It is then supported by dry hopping which provides tropical and resinous aromas.
